Return policy

Returns must comply with the following return policy:

§ Within one month from the receipt date, if the appearance is intact and does not affect the secondary sales, the return can be refunded, but the round-trip freight needs to be borne by the customer.

§ The product page shows that 7-day no-reason return or exchange is not supported.

§ Since the products are provided by buyers in different countries or regions, most of them do not support return or exchange.

§ Goods sold out, can be returned processing.

§ Goods have been distributed in the middle of the refund is not supported.

§ If the goods are wrongly sent due to our reasons, we will refund the original payment form to you after the return meets our conditions.

§ Goods must be unwashed, undamaged, used, and bear all labels.

§ The return freight will be deducted from the refund, if paid to an overseas company, refund service fee will be deducted accordingly.

§ We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit.

§ We do not accept returns from sites outside this site.

§ Orders and goods shipped from countries other than China, as well as goods marked are not supported for 7 days without any reason.

Exchange goods

If you want to return or exchange the goods, you must return the original goods first, contact our online customer service. We will return it 1-3 working days after receiving it.

A refund

After confirming compliance with our return policy, we will refund you in the original payment form. Please note that, depending on the bank, the refund may take 1-3 business days to complete. The refund will not include the original delivery fee and service charge. If customs taxes are included, please contact the local customs department for refund processing.
